Primary progressive multiple sclerosis overlapping with anti-GAD and anti-Hu antibodies positive neurological syndromes

Abstrakt

We present one case of non-paraneoplastic anti-Hu brainstem syndrome and one case of progressive GAD ataxia syndrome associated with primary progressive multiple sclerosis (PP-MS). Both these cases are important in terms of differential diagnoses in respect of different immune mechanisms, treatment and prognosis.
