Abstract
The publication provides methodological material for the development of psychomotorics and graphomotorics of children aged 5-7 years. It consists of 16 similarly structured chapters with a balanced content of activities developing the field of gross motor skills, fine motor skills and graphomotor skills.
Musical activities motivated by well-known and new original songs play a key role in each chapter. The key effect of simultaneous singing and movement is the prevention of breath holding, which contributes to relieving the tension in the body of a beginning draftsman / scribe.
