Sinonasal teratocarcinosarcoma is a rare and locally aggressive malignant tumour of the nose and paranasal sinuses, which has histological features of teratoma and carcinosarcoma. It is more common in men without age predilection.
It often relapses locally. Due to the rarity, the exact therapeutic procedure is not defined.
In our case, we provide a case report of a 56-year-old man patient with sinonasal teratocarcinosarcoma affecting the left nasal cavity. The symptomatology, diagnostic and therapeutic procedure of this rare tumour are discussed.
