Immune thrombocytopenia in a patient with essential thrombocythemia after SARS-CoV-2 infection: A case report

Abstract

Essential thrombocythemia is one of the Philadelphia negative myeloproliferative neoplasms, characterized by persistent platelet count above 450 pounds 109/l, megakaryocytichyperplasia, and presence of JAK2, CALR or MPL mutation.
