Teacher - essential component of inclusive education in the context of the reality of education diverzity

Abstract

The paper emphasizes the key role of the teacher in inclusive education, not only in terms of the concept of inclusive education, teacher training, necessary competencies, and professionalization of teaching, but also in the context of respect for children's originality and perception of their diversity as a value with inspiring potential. The paper was created on the basis of research studies and available literature on the topic.
