Abstract
The review about the autism spectrum disorders includes the recent knowledges about their prev-alence, etiopathogenesis and a description of their clinical findings. It gives the basic attributes about diagnosis, course, prognosis and the overview of the PAS therapy.
It mentions the key role of pediatricians, highlighting their ability to identify early signs, symptoms and to provide an early diagnostics.
