Abstract
The main objective of the chapter is to summarise the main results of research using mobile phone data on Prague and the Central Bohemian Region and to add new knowledge from contemporary applied research within this area. The field of interest broadly covers investigation of real daytime and nighttime population, daily mobility, and its changes during or due to post-socialist urban transformation.
