Osimertinib in treating advanced non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer

Abstract

The case report describes a 76-year-old patient diagnosed with metastatic non-small cell lung adenocarcinoma. The patient was treated with osimertinib, an EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitor, after detecting the EGFR T790M mutation.
