Abstract
PhD student Judita Matyášová has long been involved in the popularization of science in the national media. In her lecture, she explained how the world of journalism has changed in recent years and how we need to respond to these changes.
Judita presented concrete examples from journalistic practice and described what reliably discourages editors and what attracts them. At the end of the lecture, Judita gave advice on how to get a journalist excited about a scientific topic so that he or she writes several print pages about it in national weeklies or monthlies.
