Country report: Gender equality: How are EU laws transposed into national law? Czechia: Reporting period 1 January 2021 - 01 January 2022

Abstract

Publication provides an overview of the Czech legal system and gives answers on different questions such as equal treatment at work, pregnancy, maternity and leave, about the level of transposing the EU rules concerning gender equality and anti-discrimination measures to Czech national law.
