Abstract
Limited opportunities for full-time educcation and meetings during COVID-19 led to the development of online platforms which required not only the development of IT competencies but also the development of new communication and presentation skills of participants. The publication summarizes the benefits of online training, a suitable communication environment for the implementation of online courses and minimum of technical knowledge for lectures or course participants.
It builts on ACCENDOś training and summarizes best practices during the pandemic in the form of good practice and tips on what worked and did not work, which would be very helpful for futher training of volunteers.
