This article is concentrated on the topic of a photography as an authorial product in context of user generated content. The author uses the characteristics of the authorial products (Valoušek, 2014), which he confronts with the contradictoriness of web 2.0.
He explains this contradictoriness via the shift of technological knowledge (Petříček, 1998) and via dispositif (Foucault, 1999, 2000) in relation to web 2.0. The article shows the impossibility of building of effective authorial law system in relation to web 2.0 photography and appeals on the acceptance of newly gained and systematically unreachable characteristics in form of quasi product.
