Abstract
In the first part of the article the author describes the course of her three-week PhD internship. Study and research stay in Lisbon with Luís Marques Matias, who is a yoga teacher for musicians at the Escola Proffisional da Metropolitana and the Conservatório de Música de Metropolitana de Lisboa.
In the second part, the PhD student then presents a transcription of a research interview with a musician/music teacher, which provides an inspiring insight into the subject.
