Abstract
The contribution will briefly introduce two author's publications published in the last year. The first publication, "Prison as a Mirror of Society", is the first comprehensive research on normalization prisons and the various currents of opinion that have taken shape.
The second publication is a study on the history of the cemetery in Prague-Ďáblice, which focuses on the burial of opponents and victims of the Nazi occupation regime and the communist dictatorship and their current commemoration.
