How psychoanalysis reads

Abstract

From the standpoint of literary science, psychoanalysis is often considered reductionist. She was reproached that tries to analyze the author and reveal his inner conflicts, which may not have had anything to do with reality Or that he analyzes a literary character and interprets several basic conflicts in it and thus simplifies the narrative of the work.

The aim of the presentation is to point out that just such a view of of psychoanalysis is reductionist and present some contemporary psychoanalytic approaches to reading of a literary work that is no longer based on interpretation, but on the meeting of two unconscious.
