Are we able to develop employee's mental health?: Salutogenic model of employee's mental health and their development

Abstract

This poster presents a protocol study that focuses on mental health of the working population based on the Salutogenic Model of Health. The aim of this project is to explore the relationship between key predictors of employee's mental health and furthermore, to explore potential workplace strategies to strengthen the Sense of Coherence.
