Individualised wellbeing (or let's not look at everyone the same)

Abstract

Wellbeing is a term that is beginning to appear in the vocabulary of school leaders, and therefore school and college principals. What does wellbeing mean? And how can it be achieved in a workforce that is diverse in skills, experience and age? By involving age management? Let's take a look at wellbeing individually and ensure happy employees through it.
