Abstrakt
Applied theatre and drama (ATD) is a method of integrative organizational education employed by a variety of organizations in the Czech Republic and abroad. This paper defines ATD examining key concepts and their related components and proposes a specific research model.
This model is designed to conceptualize asking of the fundamental questions for better understanding ATD’s use as an educational tool in informal settings. The final part of the text describes the experience from the pilot part of the multiple-phase dissertation research, more precisely educational workshops which took place in Prague during spring 2022.
