Abstrakt
This paper will refer about the involvement and motivation of socialist Czechoslovakia in a development of water resources in newly born African states, especially in Ghana. It will bring an example of technopolitics (using a technic and expertise to reach a political or economic goals) of a 'peripheral' socialist state towards Global South.
