Abstract

The article discusses the legal regulation of the conditions for the appointment and dismissal of the chairman of the Council of the Energy Regulatory Office, from the point of view of whether it is possible to dismiss a member of the Council only from the position of chairman, without simultaneously being dismissed from the Council as such.
