Abstract
Database of research and analyses of Czech legislation related to individual links in the chain of production and use of biofuels and fuels (from biomass growers to fuel suppliers and fuel consumers), Czech subsidy policy to support the use of RES in transport in the Czech Republic (incentives, taxes, other financial or non-financial instruments, description of legal regulations of neighbouring countries including France and Italy related to the use of RES in transport and setting of subsidy policy.
