Abstract
Over 40 Jewish holiday songs arranged in chapters that corresponds to each Jewish holiday. It contains the Hebrew lyrics of the songs with author's Czech translation and sheet music with the text transcribed into Latin letters.
The original text of the publication consists of well-founded comments about each song, which discuss their origin, authors or holiday traditions. The book is introduced by a chapter on Jewish music.
