Abstract

Competition has long been one of the driving forces of efforts leading to finding more effective solutions, developing new products and improving the quality of services. However, the law must find ways to regulate it in cases where competitive activity is carried out in a dishonest manner.

The task is not always easy. There are always multiple conflicting interests at play, which must be balanced and at the same time respond to the fact that in a modern market society and globalized economy, various manifestations of competitive behavior are often very dynamic and increasingly diverse in their forms.

The performance of competitive activity is related to various legal aspects and problems. The presented publication deals with the regulation of competitive activity with an emphasis on labor law, but it also does not avoid issues of civil and commercial law.

Its goal is to discuss selected development trends and application problems that relate to the performance of competitive activities, and to offer de lege ferenda solutions.
