Abstrakt
The topic of this lecture was to introduce the concept of fungible things under Roman, German, Czech and Polish law, especially from the point of view of whether they are understood objectively or subjectively. This viewpoint is distinguished according to whether the parties themselves can determine what is and what is not a fungible thing.
