Abstrakt
The first part of the contribution analyzes Czech, Slovak and foreign international investment arbitrations concerning environmental protection and health protection. In the second part, the contribution analyzes the reactions of states to the arbitration tribunal case law via a change in investment policy, especially through the adoption of model investment agreements with provisions for environmental and health protection.
The third part of the contribution briefly introduces the European Green Deal.
