Abstrakt
Emergency measures aimed at combating the spread of COVID-19, which the Government of the Czech Republic has been adopting gradually since the beginning of 2020, have interfered and in many cases still interfere with fundamental rights and freedoms guaranteed by the Charter of Fundamental Rights and Freedoms, in some cases even in a very serious way. These interferences into fundamental rights are not an accidental consequence that could not have been foreseen in advance.
