The theory and praxis of the enforcement and satisfying of the priority claims in bankruptcy proceedings

Abstract
According to the Czech law the priority claims shall be satisfied during the bankruptcy proceedings when they are due for payment. However, the insolvency practitioners often pay these claims in the end of the proceedings becaues of practical reasons.
It can happen that the creditors wait very long time for the payment, although the law prescribes differently.
