Abstract

The paper deals with work from a place other than the employer's workplace using the popular concept of work from home. It emphasizes the effects of this form of work on the health and safety of employees.

It also emphasizes the employer's responsibilities in the working conditions of these employees, concidering psychosocial risks. On the basis of statistical data the paper demonstrates the deterioration of the health of employees in the case of inconsistent fulfillment of the employer's obligations in this form of work.

It identifies the challenges that will need to be addressed in order to address some of the shortcomings in the application of the institute.
