Abstract
he article is aimed at a more detailed description of the recodification of the safety of skiing and other snow sports following the effectiveness of the new regulation D.Lgs. 40/2021. It provides a clear list of news and changes, including specific sanctions.
It also draws attention to the new obligation to take out liability insurance for winter sports, limit alcohol consumption, extend the age limit for mandatory use of a protective helmet, etc.
