Abstract

In their presentation, the author focused on answering the following three questions: 1) Can the cases of withdrawal in a partnership agreement be extended beyond the law? 2) Can the exclusion of a shareholder by a company be entrusted to a body other than the general meeting? 3) Can cases of exclusion of a shareholder by companies be extended beyond the law?
