Abstract
In her presentation, the author evaluated the draft legislative solution contemplated in Slovakia, in particular, she recommended that the Slovak legislator deal thoroughly with the content of the concept of operation of a business establishment for individual representatives of an entrepreneur and, in relation to a proxy (prokurista), specify that it should be any business establishment and, in relation to a general commercial agent, that the type of business establishment is important. It found dangerous the rule that internal limitations were to have external effects if the third party knew of them.
