Abstract
This article attempts to present key titles of Ukrainian literature translated into Czech and published in the Czech Republic after 1989. It tries to outline the characteristics of the key literary works (mostly prose) and thus to present the development of Ukrainian literature across regions and across the decades following the collapse of the USSR.
