Abstract

The chapter analyzes specific methods of emergency governance in the Czech Republic, which were used to manage the covid-19 pandemic, placing these methods in the context of the general theory of emergency governance. In addition, the chapter reflects on how legal theory and practice reacted to the authors' previously published opinions.
