Looking abroad I : The German context of the measures to combat COVID-19

Abstract

The chapter analyses the German legal framework for the fight against COVID-19, both in terms of the legal basis for the issuance of emergency measures and their scope, as well as the judicial reviewability of the measures in question. For this purpose, the chapter works with German legislation, court decisions and literature.
