Abstract
The lecture dealt with the issues of the roots of the legal regulation of pandemic epidemics in the Bohemian lands as well as with medical, demographic and other aspects that influenced the legal regulation of the fight against epidemics and its tools. She discussed key statutes and contemporary measures and methods against the spread of infectious diseases.
She also touched on contemporary problems and, for example, contemporary criticism of anti-epidemiological measures and legal regulations.
