Advertising spot is a great communication tool. So much so that it has become an object of attention and study.

For advertisers, each of us is a target. We are subject to very expensive campaigns designed to get us to adopt a desired behavior.

Is it manipulation? Is it possible to escape it? What is our freedom in an over-mediatized consumer society? And what benefit could we derive from it for the French as foreighn language class?
