Report from the meeting of Czech and Slovak departments of criminal law and the professional scientific conference "Symbiosis of criminal law and criminology - to the reference of prof. Oto Novotný"

Abstract

The report reflects the meeting of the Czech and Slovak Departments of Criminal Law, which took place in Litomyšl in 2022. The meeting of the departments of criminal law was followed by an international conference, where reflections on the subsidiarity of criminal repression, the system of punishments, the imposition of punishments for adults, juveniles and legal entities were presented from the Czech and Slovak perspectives.
