Emergency legislation and public authorities and procedures to deal with them before and during a pandemic

Abstract

The chapter is devoted to the legal regulation of emergency situations in the Czech Republic, the competence and powers of public authorities, procedures, both in the period before the outbreak of the covid pandemic and the changes that occurred during it.
