An updated and significantly revised edition of a proven university textbook on substantive criminal law. The interpretation is focused de lege lata and de lege ferenda, based on the Criminal Code No. 40/2009 Coll. and other related laws, in particular Act No. 418/2011 Coll. and Act No. 218/2003 Coll.
It also includes an explanation of the internationalisation and Europeanisation of criminal law. Both the general and the special part of substantive criminal law are covered in a single volume.
