Abstract

A student with a visual impairment is fully integrated among the intact population. He accepts his disability and uses all his competencies to study and perform his profession.

The statements show the effort and great interest in studies, the ability of visually impaired students to work with information technologies and improve their use. There is a need to increase their efforts with appropriate technical support, accessible online platforms, and the friendly attitude of teachers.
