Abstract

What are the barriers to equal access to culture? What possibilities does Art have in strengthening the social cohesion of society? How can the Arts reduce cultural isolation of marginalised social groups? Creating spaces of trust. Opportunities for communication and cooperation between social groups.

Develop emancipatory and supportive artistic approaches. Develop, test and disseminate workable research practices and methods.The lecture introduces the audience to the results of a research project focused on inclusive art education and an open and discursive approach to art education.
