Humanities and the Role of Epistemological Psychology in Wilhelm Dilthey's Work

Abstract

The study is devoted to the function and meaning of Dilthey's concept of descriptive and articulating psychology, its role in the entire project of the philosophical foundation of the humanities and its relationship to individual disciplines are thematized. In this context, the relationship of descriptive and articulating psychology to pre-scientific experience and its daily reflection is discussed.
