The aim of the paper is to present a project aimed at supporting students wellbeing, the project is based on the analysis of students' susceptibility to stress in various fields of study (Tošner /
Tošnerová). The project monitors the basic salutoprotective resources usable in general in the university environment (e.g. prevention of study failure, development of selected life competences, with emphasis on the support of self-efficacy), is also focused with regard to the specifics of students
(specific study focus) on specific recommendations prevention of stressors that are typical for a given target group. The project also takes into account the impact of the Covid 19 pandemic on students' mental health.
