Very similarly to the field of international private also, the foreign elements may appear also in the relations of administrative law. A diploma obtained at a foreign university, a driving licence issued by other state, or a vaccination certificate from a third country may represent some examples of such foreign elements.
In scholarship, an autonomous discipline has emerged adressing application of foreign law in the relations of administrative law, which is reffered to as international administrative law. This book represents the first attempt to address this branch of law in our academy.
