COVID-19 Crisis and International Organizations

Publication at Faculty of Law |
2022

Abstract

The paper analyses how two international organizations, the World Health Organization and the European Union, dealt with the COVID-19 crisis. It shows that while the criticism of these organisations voiced during the crisis was not entirely unjustified, it did not take into account the limits of the competences of both organisations and the failures of their Member States.
