Abstract

Th e paper deals with the possibilities of helping children cope with the COVID-19 pandemic. It discusses pandemic stressors, the eff ects of a pandemic on the family and on preschool children.

Th e mentioned author's fairy tale and the proposed follow-up supporting artistic activities can be used by parents or teachers to help children in the process of coping with stressful situations associated with a pandemic.
