Abstract
The monograph deals with the fiduciary duties as the core duties of fiduciaries. The authors scrutinise the regulation and doctrinal development of fiduciary duties in the United States of America (Delaware), the United Kingdom (England), Germany and the Czech Republic.
The authors are completing the definition of fiduciaries and fiduciary duties (duty of loyalty, duty of care), of their content, and mutual relationship. The model solution presented by the authors should also be used as a source of inspiration de lege ferenda.
It is the first Czech work that comprehensively deals with the topic of fiduciary duties.
