The publication is intended for students of teaching programs, students of psychology and special pedagogy. It represents consulting services in education, with an emphasis on the school consulting workplace.
In the sub-chapters, the history and current state of counselling services are mentioned, an overview of counselling workplaces and the current form of inclusive education is given, with an introduction of levels of support measures. Other chapters are devoted to teaching and educational difficulties of pupils, but also to problems arising in the class collective.
In addition to defining partial difficulties, support options and methods of solving pupils' problems are always characterized in cooperation with the staff of the school counseling office and the teacher.
