Abstract
The paper is focussed on problems with utilization of electronic registration and identification of students and the use of electronic ID cards. The technological aspect is not the main issue, as we can see from implementation of these systems at different universities.
The biggest problems seems to be the legislation and logistics e.g. how to implement changes of the present system of organization and operation.
