Abstract
The book represents the main output of the student research project (SW) of Charles University No. 260 494 "7he Integrating Role of Human Rights in Contemporary Law\ which was conducted at the Prague Law Faculty between 2020-2022. Twenty-one chapters present the results of the research of the emerging generation of lawyers on various human rights issues.
Internally, the book is divided into three main parts.
